Valentine's Day Snack Board

I love making snack boards for my kids! Here is the one that I made for them this Valentine’s Day.

I made these Strawberry Love Bugs by removing the berry top and cutting it in half. Then I attached a blueberry to the top with a toothpick. Finally I decorated them like a lady bug with squeezable black icing.

I used Camembert for the cheese. I sliced it in half, then, using a small heart cookie cutter, I cut a heart into the top half. I put some hot pepper relish on the bottom half of the cheese, and then placed the top half back on. This part was a little messy!

For the watermelon, I used the small heart cookie cutter to shape them into hearts. Lastly I filled in all the remaining space with strawberry heart marshmallows and conversation hearts. Voila! A beautiful Valentine snack!
